TWO KINDS OF PEOPLE READ THIS PAGE
One of them is you.
Whichever it is, the framework gets you to the same place: a finished manuscript in 90 days.
Type 1
You've been writing the same book for years.
Type 1
You haven't started yet — but you know it's time.
THE REAL COST OF NOT FINISHING
Stop watching other people get the opportunities your book brings.
You’ve watched it happen. Entrepreneurs with half your experience get on the stages, land the consulting offers, get invited to the boards, build the followings — not because they’re better. Because they finished the book and you didn’t.
A book is the credential that travels in rooms you haven’t entered yet:
- The conference organizer searching for a speaker on your topic
- The board member looking for a new director with published expertise
- The reporter sourcing an expert quote at 4 PM on deadline
- The corporate client doing due diligence before signing a $500K contract
- The podcast host scrolling Amazon looking for their next guest
Every one of those moments compounds. And the longer your manuscript sits unfinished, the more of them happen to someone else.
Your expertise is ready. Your manuscript should be too.
Let’s Get the Elephant Out of the Room
This book is going to be written by you.
You’re going to do the work. You have to. Because a book that wasn’t written by you won’t sound like you, won’t stand for what you stand for, and won’t carry your name with the weight a real book should.
AI is about to flood publishing with books written by clicking a button. Those books will all sound the same. They’ll have no point of view. They’ll be everywhere — and nowhere — within 18 months. That isn’t what we do.
The Manuscript Sprint isn’t a shortcut. It’s not an AI writing service. We don’t write the book for you, and we don’t let AI write it for you either. What we do is make writing your book faster, easier, and more structured — so the words on the page are yours, and so you actually finish.
We don't guide AI to write your book. AI's only job is to keep your voice consistent across every chapter.
A method for writing your book
Your voice. Your ideas. Your point of view. Your name on the cover — earned. A framework that makes the hardest part of writing a book — actually finishing — dramatically easier.
A push-button AI book service
We're not the place that promises a manuscript without you doing the work. We're not generic AI dressed up in a coaching brand. If you want a book you didn't write, this isn't it.
If you’re ready to do the work, here’s how we work with you. Three paths to writing your book — one engine that keeps your voice consistent across all of them.
how we write with you
Three paths.One Voice Print™ engine.
Every author writes differently. Some flow on the keyboard. Some only flow when they speak. Most are a mix — some chapters come at the desk, others come on a drive. The Sprint accommodates all three. Whichever path you choose, one engine keeps your voice consistent across the entire manuscript.
Speak It
Record voice notes on your phone — ten minutes at a time, on your schedule, wherever you are. We transcribe and structure them into manuscript pages, rendered through your Voice Print™ so the page sounds like you.
Mix It
Most authors do this. Type when you're in the flow. Speak when you're not. The Voice Print™ engine ensures the dictated chapter and the typed chapter read like they came from the same person. Because they did.
Write It
Type the chapter yourself when you're in the flow. We review, structure, and tighten — running it through the same Voice Print™ engine to keep your voice consistent across all chapters.
Voice drift is the silent killer of business books. Even strong writers sound different in Chapter 1 and Chapter 12. The Voice Print™ engine prevents that drift.
THE ENGINE, EXPLAINED
What is the Voice Print™?
Whichever path you write through, the Voice Print™ engine is what makes it consistent. It’s not generic AI. It’s a voice-specific model — trained on you, before you write a single chapter, and used to render every page in your authentic voice. From your voice. To print.
You speak
Three voice samples that capture how you tell stories, make arguments, and explain ideas.
We train
A voice-specific model is built on your samples. Not generic AI. Yours alone.
You approve
Every page passes through your approval. It only becomes a book when it sounds like you.
Three samples. One Voice Print™.
The first thing every Sprint client does is record three voice samples — one from each category. The model that powers your book is trained on these, and only these. No two clients ever get the same voice model.

WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH
In 90 days, you'll have this.
Not theory. Not a course. Not a “framework” you have to figure out alone. A finished manuscript, in your voice, ready for editing and publication.
A finished, full-length manuscript
Approximately 30,000–50,000 words — the standard length for a business book that gets respected, read, and used. Structured, edited for clarity, ready to hand to a publisher.
Your book's "Lane of One"
The specific intersection of expertise, perspective, and audience that only you can own. Most book attempts fail at this step. We solve it in Week 1.
A chapter-by-chapter outline
The architecture that turns "I have an idea" into "I know exactly what comes next." Every chapter mapped, every argument structured, every example placed.
Twelve weekly 1:1 sessions with Kwame
Direct work. No assistants, no group calls, no Zoom rooms of 40 people. Weekly accountability and live editorial coaching on what you wrote that week.
Your own Voice Print™ — trained model
A voice-specific AI model trained on your samples. Yours alone. Renders your manuscript pages in your authentic voice — and prevents the voice drift that plagues most business books over 60,000 words.
The Manuscript Lane™ framework — yours to keep
The proprietary methodology Kwame uses with every author. You'll learn it as we work, so the next book you write goes even faster.
A clear next step into publication
Optional handoff to LegaBrand Press — Kwame's co-creation publishing imprint — for editing, design, distribution, and ISBN. You keep every copyright. You keep every royalty.
HOW WE DO IT
The Manuscript Lane™ Method
90 days. Three phases. A finished manuscript at the end.

- Story and example placement
- Sample chapter, in your voice
Days 46–90
Draft the ManuscriptSpeak or write the book

- Voice Print™ engine ensures consistency
- Weekly editorial coaching
- Full first draft delivered
why 90 days works
Most books don't stall because of missing expertise.
Most business books stall because the author is trying to solve five problems at once:
- What is this book really about?
- Who is it actually for?
- What belongs in it — and what doesn't?
- What order should the chapters go in?
- How do I turn my thoughts into finished pages?
Trying to solve all five at once is what produces an “almost finished” manuscript that lives in a drafts folder for ten years.
The Sprint solves them in order. Position first. Outline second. Draft third. Voice Print™ handles consistency. Each week resolves one problem, and the next week builds on it — so you’re never staring at the entire mountain at once.
That's why 90 days becomes possible. And why most approaches don't finish even in eighteen months.

why KWAME
Built by an entrepreneur. For entrepreneurs.
I didn’t build this method as a publisher. I built it because I was running an Inc. 500 company and didn’t have time to write the book I needed.
I needed a book to get into bigger rooms, command higher fees, and open doors my résumé couldn’t open. But I couldn’t carve out a single week to sit at a keyboard. So I built a method I wish I had then — voice notes between meetings, a structured framework, and a system that captured my voice without making me write at a desk for six months.
That’s the Manuscript Sprint. It’s the method I needed when I was the entrepreneur trying to write a book while running a company. Now it’s systemized for founders, CEOs, and operators with real expertise and not enough time.

FREQUENTLY ASKED
Questions worth asking.
What if I already have a partial manuscript?
Even better. We'll diagnose what's there, identify what's blocking the finish, and restructure where needed. Most clients arrive with at least some material — half-chapters, abandoned outlines, voice memos. The Sprint works for finishers and starters equally well.
Is the book being written by AI?
No. You write your book. You speak the words; we structure them into a finished manuscript. AI is the transcription and consistency engine — never the author.
What makes this different from "AI-written" books: we never use generic AI. Before we touch a single chapter, you record three voice samples — a story, an opinion, and a how-to explanation — and we train a voice-specific model on those. That model is yours alone. It doesn't invent your voice; it recognizes it and renders it on the page. Every word passes through your approval.
This is the method Kwame used to write his own book. It's why Sprint clients consistently say the finished manuscript "sounds exactly like me." Because it does.
I'm a confident writer. Why would I need Voice Print™?
Because voice drift is the silent killer of business books. Even strong writers sound different in Chapter 1 (written fresh on a Monday morning) than in Chapter 12 (written tired at 11 PM, three weeks later). Over 60,000 words, the drift compounds — and readers feel it, even if they can't name what's off.
The Voice Print™ engine acts as a voice anchor across your entire manuscript, regardless of how you wrote it. Confident writers get just as much value as voice-note authors — the model makes sure your chapter from a Tuesday drive and your chapter from a Sunday at the desk read like they came from the same person.
Is 90 days really enough to write a book?
For a focused entrepreneur using the Manuscript Lane™ method — yes. The framework removes the three things that stall most book attempts: unclear positioning, no structural blueprint, and no weekly accountability. Solve those, and the writing accelerates dramatically. The 90 days is full of work, not magic.
Do you ghostwrite the book for me?
No. The Manuscript Sprint is a coaching engagement — you write the book, in your voice, with Kwame guiding the structure, the positioning, and the weekly progress. If you want ghostwriting, LegaBrand Press offers that as a separate service starting at $40,000.
What happens after Day 90?
You have a finished manuscript. From there, you can take it to any publisher you choose — or hand it directly to LegaBrand Press, our co-creation publishing imprint, for editing, design, distribution, and ISBN. Sprint graduates get priority intake and preferred pricing. You keep all copyrights and royalties either way.
How is this different from a writing coach or book course?
A book course gives you frameworks and hopes you finish. A writing coach gives you accountability but no architecture. The Manuscript Sprint gives you both — a proprietary method, weekly 1:1 work with someone who's done this before, and a hard 90-day deadline. It's built for entrepreneurs who can't afford another year of "almost done."
Who is this NOT for?
Novelists, memoirists, poets, screenwriters. People without an audience or expertise to draw from. People who don't actually want to write a book — they just like the idea of having written one. The Sprint is for founders and operators with real subject matter and real reasons to publish.
